Tuition assistance is available for families who students are in K-8th grade. All families wishing to be considered for scholarships must apply by April 1st through FACTS Tuition Management System. This application is available in both English and Spanish at: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. St. Ray’s school code is 2277. There is a fee that must be paid at the time the application is submitted.
Every year the Catholic Education Foundation provides need-based scholarships for families who enroll at Catholic schools in the Diocese of Joliet. These scholarships are approximately $1000 per student enrolled in kindergarten – 8th grade. Recipients of these scholarships are notified by the end of April.
The Cathedral of St. Raymond School is extremely fortunate to be able to offer additional assistance through our school endowment. In 2010, an anonymous donor contributed $1 million dollars strictly for the use of scholarships for the children of St. Raymond. This donation was placed in an endowment fund and the interest each year provides scholarships for our school families. Any family enrolled at the Cathedral of St. Raymond School is eligible to apply for tuition assistance. These scholarships range from $500-$1,500 per family. Recipients of an Endowment Award are notified in June.
Tuition Transfer Grant is available to any family who is transferring a student to the Cathedral of St. Raymond School from a local public school or non-Catholic private school in 1st – 7th grade. This grant provides a $500 tuition grant for the first year of attendance and a $350 tuition grant for the second year of attendance. Students transferring from Catholic schools are not eligible for this grant.
