Structure

Before Care runs from 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM. Students from all grades are able to spend this time eating a breakfast snack from home, working on homework, and preparing for the school day.  At 7:30, the students in EDS join the early arrivals in the safety zone of the parking lot before all students come inside at 7:45.

After Care runs from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  During extended day care, students are given the opportunity to complete their homework assignments. The program’s staff provide assistance if needed.  Also, students are able to relax and unwind, play with games and toys, participate in teacher-led activities, and socialize with peers and adults. Students have the opportunity to go to the gym for part of the afternoon. A snack is also provided.
