Mrs. Christy Morgan

5th Grade Teacher

Christy Morgan began teaching 5th grade at the Cathedral of St. Raymond School in 2024. She grew up on the east coast in Connecticut before moving to Wheaton, IL. She earned her BA in Elementary Education from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame and a second degree in Child Psychology from National-Louis University in 2003. She has teaching experience in multiple grade levels from preschool to intermediate, in special education and reading intervention, and has also served as an assistant principal. She currently resides with her husband and four children in Joliet, IL. When not busy volunteering for county search and rescue services or tending to backyard chickens, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
